You should be able to get the settings from your network operator
Sometimes, stuff just gets stuck. Every product we sell is reliant on you getting a text message. Text messages are delivered to the networks immediately, but, they sometimes get delayed and very rarely can go missing. It can take up to 12 hours, if you still haven't received your message after waiting then email us. If you are feeling impatient, fire us an email and we'll sort out where your order is.
You need a download message to get your content from our servers, this is easier than it sounds, honest. When you open the message it tells your phone where to go and get the download from. This is no good if you can't find the message though.
This is where it will be:
Nokia Series 60 phones - Your SMS MESSAGE inbox
All Other Nokia Phones - Go to Menu, Services, SERVICE INBOX
Sharp Phones - Go to Vodafone Live! And press the GREEN key before the page loads, then go to ALERT INBOX.
New Sony Ericsson - Go to your MESSAGE Inbox
Older Sony-Ericsson - Go to Messaging then WAP PUSH
Other Phones - SMS MESSAGE Inbox
